Prices:

1. Hospitals, Doctors, Educational Institutes, Chemist are eligible for wholesale rates.
2. Maximum retail prices are inclusive of all taxes. Retailers can charge prices lesser than M.R.P.
3. Atharva Ayurved Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Supply or Deliver of goods:

1. The medicines will be supplied only according to standard packing described in the price list.
2. Packing and forwarding charges will be levied as per the direction of management.
3. Due care is taken while packing and delivery of the goods. Atharva Ayurved Pharmaceuticals accepts no responsibility for breakage, leakage etc. in transit.
4. Atharva Ayurved Pharmaceuticals will not be responsible for delay in delivery of goods due to natural disasters, strikes, shortage of material or any other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Payments:

1. All the transactions are carried out by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft with order only.
2. In case of cheque dishonored, all the expenses arising therefor will be debited to customer's account.
3. In case of more than one cheque dishonored transaction will be carried by Demand Draft with order only.

• Every Dispute will be subjected to Pune Jurisdiction only.
• It is advisable to take medicines under medical supervision only.
