Pune
is famous as the capital of the culture and education in Maharashtra.
Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust is located at Wagholi,
about 20 Kms. east from Pune. This trust was founded in 1954
by Late Param
Poojya Prabhakar Keshav Sardeshmukh Maharaj;
with the blessings of Sadguru Mali Maharaj. The trust has
its own land of 63 acres at Wagholi, which has been donated
by revert Late Prabhakar K. Sardeshmukh Maharaj to the trust.
The trust has many wings viz. Ayurvedic wing, Musical wing,
Yoga Wing. The trust is conducting Ayurved Hospital and Research
Center for the past ten years at Wagholi. There are also various
herbal medicinal plantations at the place.
Aim
of the trust
The
trust is an organization dedicated to the propagation of Traditional
Indian Medical Science (Ayurved), Arts and Culture. The aim
of the trust is to put forth to the world, our rich cultural
and traditional treasure of Ayurved , Yoga, Indian Classical
Music, Natya, Ashwavidya and Philosophy. The trust has been
conducting various projects for the propagation of Ayurved.
Late
Param Poojya P.K.SardeshmukhMaharaj,
the founder of the trust was an authority on Indian Traditional
Sciences. He was born teacher. All those who came in contact
with him had an opportunity to listen and learn from him about
so many subjects. He was a philosopher & spiritual authority
person, but still he believed in modern sciences also. He
conferred his thoughts about Ayurved, Indian Classical Music,
Drama, Yoga, Veda, Physics, Sanskrit amongst his followers.
Genuine & sincere work was God to him. He has his followers
in Maharashtra, India & abroad also. He believed in co-ordination
of spiritual powers with modern sciences. Different branches
of Ayurved, Ashwayurved and Vrikshayurved were highly benefited
by him. His two sons Dr. Sadanand Prabhakar Sardeshmukh
& Dr. Chandrakant Prabhakar Sardeshmukh are experts
in Ayurved & Indian Classical Music (Sitar) respectively.
The trust has achieved many rewards under his guidance. Some
of his dreams came true in his presence while many other are
coming true with his blessings in the near future.
Another
trustee, Shri Balasaheb alias T.S. Bharade is a philosopher
& a social worker. He is follower of Gandhian thoughts.
He has inspired not only our trust but also the cancer project.
Dr.
S. P. Sardeshmukh is the first Ph. D. in Pune University.
He is a well known Ayurvedic Consultant in Pune, Mumbai &
even the whole of Maharashtra. He is Trustee & Chairman of
Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust, Principal of Ayurvedic
College, Wagholi & Director of Ayurved Hospital and Research
Center. He is regularly invited by various organizations from
different countries for lectures on Ayurved also he has patients
all over India as well as in Australia, Germany, Japan, U.
S. A. & other countries. He has given guidance to many
students for post graduation & doctorate in Ayurved. He
is ex-Dean of faculty of Ayurved in Bombay University.
Dr.
C. P. Sardeshmukh, another trustee is Ph. D. in Samveda.
He is the disciple of Pandit Ravishankarij. He has toured
around the world to exhibit his performance in Indian Classical
Music. He has many disciples in India as well as many other
countries. He is Incharge of the Department of Indian Classical
Music of the 'Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust.'
Mr.C.
R. Dalvi, one of the senior most advocate of Mumbai High
Court is also a trustee of our Trust. Mrs. Sarita S. Sardeshmukh
is also one of the trustees of the trust.
Realising
the intense need for genuine and pure Ayurvedic medicating
required by the various projects parented by the Bharatiya
Sanskriti Darshan Trust, a pharmaceutical department was
developed and was inaugurated on the 15th May 2002
on the auspicious occasion of AKSHAY TRITIYA. Resp. shri.
Vasantrao Gadgil, an authority in the knowledge of the Vedas
and Mrs. Sudhatai Gadgil recited the "Rucha Sholkas from
the medicine section of the Atharva Veda, and blessed the
pharmacy.

slogan itself indicates our credential
 Authentic
indicates the products prepared in the pharmacy are originated
and manufactured as prescribed by the ancient Ayurvedic texts.
A classical method for processing with the help of modern
mechanical techniques is an excellent blend of the modern
with the ancient well-tried system.
A rigorous approach to the quality control, both in process
and for the finished product, is pursued.
Great care is taken in manufacturing the products where priceless
experimentation done by Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust
for several years are coupled with extensive research and
development to produce each product.
Processing is done completely under hygienic conditions. Raw
materials  are
sourced from the best plantation, some of the raw materials
like Aloe Vera, castor plants etc. is used from our own plantation
project.
We don't use chemical fertilizers or insecticides in our plantation.
We use vermiculture prepared in our own vermiculture project.
Biological wastes forming in our pharmaceutical project is
used for the vermiculture.
Packing material used is of food grade quality where the product
is in direct contact with packing material. Packing of tablets
is according to patient's doses i.e. 30, 60 & 100 tabs.
A team of dedicated doctors ensures that the raw materials
and finished products undergo comprehensive testing within
the framework of established scientific principles.
Atharva Ayurved Pharmaceuticals is run and administered by
the Vaidyas i.e. Ayurvedic Doctors. All these doctors are
highly qualified in Ayurved.
